Michael T. Scott, respected board member for Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA), attended the annual board of directors meeting this past week in Chicago. Michael is an attorney and partner for Allison & Mosby-Scott in Bloomington IL where where he heads the firm’s Business Law, Estate Planning and Personal Injury practices and serves as President of Allison & Mosby-Scott Risk Management, the firm’s risk management consulting practice.
